Terms and Conditions of Website Usage.

Welcome to our website. Here are the terms and conditions for all orders and the use of this website.

1.1 Orders/Delivery

Once we have received your order we will confirm that order by email and give you an estimated delivery date. All orders will be processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) and goods despatched within 2 working days of order (where possible good will be despatched sooner than this).

All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. If you need the item in a hurry then please email before you place your order and if possible items will be despatched by 1st Class post.

Items can only be sent to addresses within England, Wales and Scotland.

If you wish to order several items, please contact us in advance as we may be able to offer a discount.

If you do not wish to order via Paypal, we also accept Cheques made payable to "Ivy Leaf Design" Goods will only be despatched upon clearance of cheques. Orders that are to be paid for by Cheque can be placed via email, telephone or post (see "1.7 Contact Us")

1.2 Item Descriptions

All the items we produce are hand made and may therefore vary slightly from the images shown. If a component from one of our items is not available then it will be replaced with a close match, if this is the case you will be contacted before the item is sent (e.g we may need to occasionally replace a silver patterned ribbon with an alternative silver patterened ribbon).

All references to Gold, Silver, Pearl, Crystal etc... relate to colour and not the actual material of which the products are made.

1.3 Customer Information

We do not pass on customer information to third parties, occasionally we may use your information to send you details of special offers and new additions to the website. If you do not wish us to contact you after you have received your order please notify us upon ordering.

1.4 Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

1.5 Returns

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging. A full refund will be given upon receipt of delivery.

We will not pay for the cost of returning goods, unless the item is not the correct item ordered or the item is damaged. For peace of mind you may wish to use recorded delivery for returns.

1.6 Additional Information
